The down payments for the residential units within ARY Laguna are listed below:
• 1 bedroom unit = PKR 2.5 lakh
• 2 bedroom unit = PKR 3.5 lakh
• 3 bedroom unit = PKR 4.5 lakh
• 4 bedroom unit = PKR 8.25 lakh
• Duplex unit = PKR 1.5 million
• Penthouse unit = PKR 2 million
