Committee Created by FBR to Deal with Tax Refund Issues

ISLAMABAD – As reported by a news source on the 21st of December, the Federal Board of Revenue created a committee in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to settle tax refund issues.
The six-member committee, consisting of representatives of stakeholders, is tasked with reviewing complaints and coming up with their solutions in a timely fashion. Additional goals of the committee include record-keeping of said complaints, monthly sharing of data with FBR, follow-through of field information until resolution of these complaints, etc.
