KARACHI –  The Sindh government has announced its intention to facilitate the ‘Green Line’ Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) to assist Karachi civilians in everyday transport.

A conference headed by Planning Minister Asad Umar was held in Karachi, where he briefed the stakeholders on the progress of the center responsible for the BRT project, and also directed the Ministry of Railways, Public-Private Partnership Authority and Sindh Infrastructure Development Company to settle on a tri-partite agreement. Umar also reassured that the transit project will be completed by August of 2021.
