ISLAMABAD – The Islamabad High Court has recently announced the restricting of taxes for various resources, as reported by news outlets.

Among the tax increase of various amenities, the High Court has agreed upon reducing property taxes from 35% down to 20% as well as eliminating food taxes and medical taxes enforced upon government workers. The High Court has also called upon imposing taxes on calls exceeding 5 minutes in length and companies that are currently non-registered.
