UAE business persuaded to seek investment opportunities within Pakistan

ISLAMABAD – According to a news source on the 17th of December, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi invited UAE Prime Minister Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum to allow their businesses to invest on Pakistani soil.
During the Dubai Expo 2020 convention, the two officials reached an agreement towards cooperating in the Pakistani agricultural sector while also augmenting bilateral trade between the two countries. The convention also acknowledged Pakistan’s role in assisting in UAE’s development, as well as issues faced by immigrants residing in the latter country.
