The space is wide enough for a hospital or a college, since the plot and road covers multiple areas either by road or by foot; the plot is behind DHA Phase 7 and very close to Q-Block. The plot itself is also accessible due to being directly beside Main Barki Road, making it easy to spot. High-rise development could also mean that this would drive neighboring development and become the de-facto starter for communal improvement!
Barki Road is connected to Nawaz Sharif Interchange, near Amjad Choudhary Road.
