Cement Plants Allowed Construction in Punjab

LAHORE – As reported by news sources, a Punjab cabinet meeting headed by Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar authorized the foundation of at least five cement plants totaling PKR 200 billion of worth.
The 38th cabinet meeting, after being informed of the issuance of no-objection certificates (NOCs) by five departments, are currently review 11 applications filed for the plants. The meeting also discussed the postponement of late vehicle registration fees and fines for unregistered vehicles, with the new deadline being the 15th of January 2021.
